Bobby Gene Green - The Walmart Wanker

If you've lived in Springfield long enough, you may know the name Bobby Gene Green - Or, as I affectionately call him, The Walmart Wanker. You see, Bobby Gene went as far as telling police that he just couldn't help himself when it came to whipping it out and giving it a tug - In Walmart. And at Target and Gordman's and... I'm certain you get the idea. How many times do you think Springfield, Missouri's Walmart Wanker has been arrested for exposing himself in public? Once? Twice? Naaaaah. C'mon people, this is Springfield we're talking about here!

According to an article that appeared in the Springfield News Leader, police have arrested Bobby Gene Green no less than 13 times for varying degrees of sexual misconduct. THIRTEEN. A name search for Bobby Gene Green yields over a dozen records, several of which state that the court document entries for those dates cannot be viewed. Say what?

But wait, there's more!

A search on Mo Case Net, as of July 2025 reveals 9 public records of where Green was arrested for sexual misconduct. He was given 1 year of jail with a suspended execution of sentence for most of those cases. Some of them even granted him unsupervised probation. Green's troubling behavior is documented in Greene County courts beginning in 2002. It wasn't until 2013 when he wagged his wiener at a child that he finally caught a felony charge and was sentenced to 6 years in prison. You might be thinking... Only 6 years? Well, if that hasn't pissed you off already, then what happened next just might do it.

Green was granted early parole in 2017 and re-offended two more times. Each sexual misconduct charge only brought a misdemeanor sentence of one year in jail. Finally, in 2020, he was charged with felony burglary, most likely due to having been trespassed from WalMart, Target, Hobby Lobby, Evangel University, and other local establishments, which led to the 9 year prison sentence he is currently serving.

Missouri state statutes regarding persistent and predatory behavior apparently only apply to when the use of force was involved in the act. Shocking, I tell ya.
